Progressing further in your journey to success requires you to understand how their mind works. You need to identify the root of their actions and break the terror barrier in your thinking to make a change. This workshop focuses on how the mind works – which comprises three areas: Understanding the human brain and how it functions, knowing the importance of the conscious and subconscious minds, and breaking the terror barrier to achieve new results.

At the end of the program “The New Mindset”, participants are expected to apply tools and knowledge to:

  • Understand how the mind works to:
  • Use the subconscious and conscious brains to explain human behaviors
  • Cultivate new behaviors through exercises
  • Develop a mindset of a successful person through better understanding of Emotional Intelligence.

Part I: Introduction – The Triune Brain

Knowing the basic functions of the brain will shine a new light on human behaviors. Which part controls out basic bodily functions, which part controls our ability to rationalize and use logics, which part controls our emotions? How are they developed over the course of our lives?

Part II: The Conscious and Subconscious Minds

  • The influence of our thinking: Our belief is conditioned. It is a subjective learning experience. Understanding what has been influencing your thinking will help you overcome the limitations of your belief and create new results.
  • Conscious mind development: To develop our conscious mind, we need to challenge old beliefs so new ones can be created.

Part III: The Terror Barrier – Six intellectual faculties

Our actions are strongly influenced by our conditioned beliefs within the comfort zone. Due to emotional factors, the terror barrier is the reason why it is difficult to achieve breakthroughs at work or in life. Breaking that barrier is the key to materialize new ideas and create new results.
