Founded in 2015 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the vision to become the pre-eminent Leadership Training and Resource Center in Vietnam, ESWEST Leadership Training & Development (ELTD) is established with a mission to train and develop every participant and organization through discovery, growth, and transformation to benefit individuals, organizations, community, and society.

All training provided by ELTD is based on John Maxwell’s Leadership Philosophy combined with Eastern Leadership Culture. This unique combination will allow learners to gain new insight and experience the principles and values presented in the learning process.

We believed this combination of Western and Eastern Leadership Principles will benefit individuals and organisations when applying the principles learned in their workplace from local to global context.
